Just because I *KNOW* she's looking!

Ahhhh...Seniors.  My favorites.  I feel like I can get creative and step out of the box a little more with them.  They like funky, they like artistic and man, I have fun with it!  I had so much fun on this session that I was actually asking to take more shots.  Technically, I shouldn't even be looking at this session yet (I have a firm "do not touch for at least 2 days" policy set in place, mainly for my own sanity) but I could not resist!  AND, because I know she's looking.  Here's Whitley, Class of 2008!

The Essence of Childhood

These two defined childhood in my eyes.  Laughing so hard your nose crinkles, bumps and bruises from learning to walk, oh, and those pesky little brothers...lol!  Meet Shelby and Gage.  We had a fun session with LOTS of running and playing and even a trip to the playground, although we discovered that Gage may not be completely ready for the slide yet.  All in due time!

Fall is in the Air...

Or at least, that's what they say.  You would have never known it on the morning of Hunter's session.  Even at 10 in the morning it was already into the 90's.  But, nevertheless, he was a real trooper.  Even though it was unbelievably warm he still managed to bring his biggest, brightest, toothless grin.  So what we ended up with was a great session and some even better portraits!  (and don't worry mom, we got a few really good family shots too!)

My Cheeks Hurt

I smiled and laughed so much during this session that my cheeks actually began to hurt.  Macey and Nolan had me laughing at their antics so much that I kinda forgot I was capturing them also.  We laughed, we played, Nolan fell, and Nolan fell, and Nolan fell, but what a sport he was about it.  Much like my own son he gets so in the moment he is unaware of where he is standing or what he is doing and unfortunately that leads to some bumps....you never would have known it in the pictures though!  And Macey, well she's America's next top model.  Just look at those eyes!  I'm LOVING the colors and textures in their clothes also, it's so vibrant and PERFECT for the chosen location.  Good job, mom!

October Mini-Sessions

Since my schedule is becoming quite full and I seem to be turning people away, I've decided to offer one afternoon of MINI-SESSIONS.  The mini-session will be for those who do not necessarily want a full session right now or those who would like to join in the Authentic Images experience by testing the water before jumping all the way in.  The mini-sessions will differ quite a bit from a normal session; they are short, sweet and to the point. The cost is $100 and included in the mini-session will be 30 minutes of session time, you will be presented with 5-7 proofs, you receive one 8x10 and there is no print minimum for Christmas Cards.  The sessions will take place the afternoon of October 28, 2007 in Spring, Texas.  If you are interested, please contact me ASAP.
